Ok Black Phoenix, time for another report.
First thing I want to point out, Activity is at a very low point. I ran a competition that had no participation. This is disappointing. Now, I know that most of you probably have things going on, but I still would like it if any of you could at least participate. Surely one person could've put forth an effort.

Second thing is that we shall soon have a base. Now that the house base has been established, I will get in contact with the Quaestor and get some things worked out. Thanks for your patience on this subject.
