Quaestor Report

It's report time again, hurray! Aren't you all oh so excited?

News

Manji's report a few days ago explained all the Clan-related news that we've got - it's on the main site if you've not checked it out already. There's also a report from the brand spanking new Voice of the Brotherhood which contains more competitions than you can shake your lightsaber at and another one from the Praetor to the Herald with mention of another competition to come from the Herald's office. It's all busy!

Important things of note: PCON applications are open, so if you think you're man/woman/Ewok enough to step into Taig's boots, now is the time to brag outrageously into Manji's inbox.

Important things of note the second: Unrest in the city! It is still occuring and will be for some time - don't forget it's our city that we're trying to defend here, so it'd be great if we could see some more of you getting involved. If you don't have a clue how to write yourself in, make a post in the OOC thread and someone will help you out. It's not that scary, you don't have to be the best writer in the world, there's the possibility of shinies for your trouble and you get to be a big damn antihero. Come on, what's not to like?

Competitions Be on the look out for some more soon, but right now, this is what we've got:

Our shiny new Voice has settled into his new role by giving us no less than four competitions! One is a lyrics quiz that he's going to do in every report, so check out the main site for a new report often!

The Journey - This one involves epic poetry. We've got some good writers in this Clan - if anyone fancies flexing their poetical muscles, this is your chance!

Dark Jedi Swap - Like that TV show Wife Swap but with less children and more lightsabers. It's an interesting concept, and it means you get to write about how much more awesome CNS is than the clan of your choice.

RoS: The Aftermath - This competition wants you to write about your character in the wake of the Rite of Supremacy and what happened when they got home.

Operation Doom Train - This started life as Fremoc's baby but has now expanded to include us as well. It's explained in Manji's report, but the basic premise is that everything you do earns you points, under a fairly complicated system that I do not understand one bit. (Maths is not my strong point.) But it means that the more things that you do, the more shinies you get.

Finally, if you're in the Bastion - this is your final reminder to submit your entries for Teu's Trials of the Bastion competition! The deadline is Star Wars Day (May 4th), so if you were thinking of entering, this is the time to do it!

Activity

Locke's flash game competition ended and once I've double-checked the scores for that with him, I'll be submitting the medal requests.

Since Raist's report, we have a new member, APP Orange X, so welcome!

Locke earnt himself a Crescent with a Quartz Star for Raist's flash game comp, as well as passing HTML Basics in the Shadow Academy, and a Legion of the Scholar for Manji's Trivia comp. Locke, you are totally showing the rest of us up - keep going!

Tsainetomo also got a Legion of the Scholar for first place in Manji's trivia comp, Raistlin and Devin Haruko both passed the Training Saber course and Ashura got a new character sheet - hope to see you in the ACC soon, Ashura!

OOC

Finally, what have I been up to lately? Well, I was pretty quiet last week because I had my end of semester exams at uni and was more than a little stressed about it. Thankfully, Raist and Teu held the fort (or should that be the Skyhook?) for me while I couldn't be around as much, so thanks a lot guys. Other than that, I'm likely about to get my behind handed to be in the ACC battles I've got going at the moment - so if anyone really wants a laugh, go watch the Combat Master tear me to pieces...

Until next time! Dyrra
