New Reckoners!

Y'all've got two new people to Reckon with...

Welcome to Eziek Dalvex (#11520)! Eziek is new to the DB and is apprenticed to Dralin. We look forward to spending time with you, Eziek!

And another welcome to Solus Gar (#6430)! Solus (known as Slagar in IRC) is a transfer from Clan Scholae Palatinae and has a long history in the DB. Welcome!

And a Reckoner lost...

Unfortunately we've also lost a Reckoner - our own lieutenant. Dralin Fortea went and got himself promoted to RM:F!

For those who aren't familiar with our system, the Rollmaster of House Kaerner is the Clan's mini-Tribune:Fiction and the Rollmaster of House Reinthaler is the Clan's mini-Tribune:Gaming. Dralin is now in charge of Clan Tarentum's fiction development. While this promotion does remove him from the Reckoner roster, Dralin will remain with us fictionally as the public face of our headquarters, the casino and luxury hotel The Mirage (under his alias, Kaiman Sal).

Congratulations on the promotion, bro! It's well deserved :)

We want YOU! (to be our new lieutenant)

Since Dralin's move up and out of the Reckoners leaves our position of lieutenant empty, I am officially opening up applications for the position!

Requirements are the following:

• Must be a member of the Reckoners
• Rank of PRT or higher
• Email turnaround of 48 hours or less
• Must be available to generate and discuss ideas for fiction/competitions
• Knowledge of wiki editing or willingness to learn

Lovely Parting Gifts!

Dralin's graciously used his graphics skills to make us our own logo - no, not just a logo, but a coat of arms:

Every part of the Reckoner coat of arms is symbolic. The maroon color of the right side of the shield symbolizes a group that is patient in combat, yet victorious. The black symbolizes constancy. The vibro-axe symbolizes execution of military duty and the ravens represent a strategist in combat. The text around the left side says "Reckoners" and says "Eden City" on the right. Dralin has also made a rough floor plan of our secret underground headquarters in The Mirage. Reckoner Initiation (a competition!)

Specifics:

_The Reckoners have a top-secret initiation ceremony for all new members. Being a new battleteam, that initiation ceremony hasn't been codified yet.

This is your chance to write Reckoner history.

What do you think the Reckoner initiation ceremony would be like?

Your task is to write what you think Reckoner initiation should be like. You can do this in any way you find fit - as a script, as a story, or anything else that works.

The only requirement is that the last words in the ceremony be "You are now one to be Reckoned with."
