_ Octavia walked though the halls on Alpha Base on silent footsteps. Since her arrival to Satal Keto sneaking had become a new talent of hers as it was the only real way to learn about the members of the house.

It amazed her how different the members reacted to her. To the Aedile's face they were kind, giving words of encouragement, welcoming her to her new home.Yet, behind her back, there was snickering, name calling and doubts of whether she could do her job. She had been here less than a month, and hearing all the mess was finally taking its toll. She pulled herself from her thoughts and continued on her path, listening and watching as she went.

She finally made her way to her newly decorated office, letting the deep red walls and warmth of the room center her and calm her thoughts.Finally allowing herself to relax as the hydraulic doors hissed shut behind her, Octavia sat in her overstuffed chair and data pad in hand, got down to work to change the state her house was in._

Well hello all!,

First off, I would like to apologize for my tardiness in getting out my first report. Real life and vacations didn't coincide with the sudden change of scenery. So! Now that I am back, let the fun begin!

On a serious note, I have heard a couple of things being said about myself and my leadership, or recent lack there of. I am sorry that I haven't been an active leader in the House, and this is changing. Form now on, if there are any issues with me, or my leadership, or you think that i need to improve on things, please, come to ME and discuss things with ME. I can't fix any issues/problems if I don't know they are going on. So now i ask of you, Are there things I can improve on, things that i can do to make YOUR time here easier, let me know now, and in the future.

So in conclusion, a lot of comps are out, some people got some awesome shinies and i need your guys honest opinions on what I can do to make you guys a better group. :)
