I'd like to thank everyone who submitted an application for lieutenant! Making this decision was very hard (which is a good thing), and I'm honored to introduce Solus Gar as our new lieutenant.

Solus is a recent transfer from Clan Scholae Palatinae (I have such problems spelling that) and has a long history in the DB. In addition to his new position as Reckoner lieutenant, he is also Praetor to the Senechal, Left Hand of Justice, and a member of the Wiki Staff. I look forward to working with you, Solus!

Kudos to Eziek Dalvex, who has been promoted to ACO! Wooooot!! :D

Awards (shiny things!)

Congratulations to Eziek Dalvex for winning first place in the Reckoners competition Initiation! He's got (or will have, very very shortly) a shiny new Crescent with Quartz Star! You're racking them up, Eziek, good job :D

Congratulations to Solus Gar, who has been awarded a Bronze Nova for third place in week one of the Rite of Supremacy gaming! Better late than never, right? ;)

That said: If you have an idea for a competition, share it with me! Once you've got my go-ahead (which is fairly easy to get - ask anyone ;) ) then you can request the competition and set the awards and everything. In fact, requesting and running a competition is a promotion requirement somewhere up the Journeyman ladder, and it's generally an all-around good thing to do.

If you have an idea for a comp and you need some help getting it up and running, shoot me an email and I'll help you through it. After all, it wasn't so long ago that I had to run my first competition. I remember being scared out of my wits! XD

Sorry I haven't been around much this week - I've been hunting for a job in RL and that's taken up a lot of my time. Plus it's downright depressing since it seems there are no vacant jobs in this town :(
