Battle Team Leaders first Report.

Once the Opening Ceremonies of The Blades of Kun had ended, Tiberius lead the way. With Habib, Kyra, Phaeton, Ralph and Furios behind him, The newly Formed Team made their way To The Headquarter's within the Dark Tower. Tiberius turned the key to the large door,and pushed the door open, and saw a Great Hall which was dim. The only light that could be seen was from candle's burning from holders,on the wall....

Tiberius and the team looked around the hall and was amazed to see that there all the past War Banner's with Mottos etched into them, still hanging from the ceiling. They were old looking and even some had moth hole's in them, and they looked as though if you were to touch them they would, fall apart. you could still make out on some of the Banner's detail. Gold and silver stitching, All of which seemed to be tattered with age...

At That moment Tiberius, turned to his team once again and said “I have an Idea”….

Hi Guy's this is the first report ever that I have made so please bare with me.....

I would like to Welcome you to The Blades of Kun Battle Team...Once again, and to say Congrat's to everyone for getting in the team. I hope you enjoy yourself here and have fun fun fun...

As you all know I am Tiberius, but please call me Tib or Tibs. No need to stand at attention. I would like to start by putting to you some idea's I would like to see happen within the battle team, and would like your feed back please......

I would like to about every 2 to 3 week's, have a brian stroming session, were your idea's come into play, for example anything that you wish, to do or want to see in the Team and we can see if it is possible for this to take place...

The second idea would be to have an on going run on, say about every four week's which l would like to set up on the forum's. This is so we can, as a Team, find out if we can get together and have some fun. Even some banter at the same time....

These are just a few idea's I have been having. I would like to also say some of you are more experinced then the others, even more than me, with the working's of a Battle Team, Acc, Run On's,and so on, can I ask that we all learn from each other. And this is even a learning curb for me. we are in a team, and we need to pull together,and learn from each other. I hope that this is agreed between us you can even tell me were I am going wrong, I dont mind that all. I would like a Open and honest, and clear, Battle Team, were by the time we have reached, into our 3rd of even 4th Month in service,we should know each other, and begin to settle into Battle Team life. I will now leave this with you to think about and leave your comment's for me and please remember, my door is always,open to you. I will get back to you so soon as I can, if I dont know the answer, I will find out for your and get back to you asap, this is a promise, I will never break..
