Greetings Battleteam Spectre,

If you followed your Quaestor's orders, which I know you all did, then you know that I have been selected as your new Commander.

Here's a little info about me, for those that don't really know me:

I have served in numerous leadership positions including, but not limited to, Aedile of House Gladius, Commander of Black Phoenix, Aedile of House Reinthaler, and Flight Leader of the Rite of Sin. I have also served in numerous leadership positions in my real life, so I know what is expected of a leader.

I'll be frank, I lead by example. I will be everything I expect you to be and I will do everything I expect you to do. I will not run a competition that I myself would not do or could not do. That's the way I lead.

I will not hesitate to award credit where credit is due. I have within my power the ability to award medals. I am not hard to please, I merely expect you to be successful and achieve great things in this team. If I see this happen, I will reward it.

I would like to continue to Phalanx of Spectre award that my predecessor, the much beloved Jagen Phoenix, put into place. The specifications are as follows:

1. The member who achieves this award has performed many accomplishments that exemplify Spectre (competitions, participation in team functions, medals awarded, etc.)
2. The Phalanx must continue to hold a high degree of excellence within the team.
3. Any misdemeanors of any kind will strip the Phalanx of his position.
4. A new Phalanx will be appointed each month
5. The Phalanx is an official advisor to the Commander, and will be regarded as such.

Also, we have an official base. Many of you may remember the late House Reinthaler, and it's base The Pyramid. The Pyramid is now Spectre's new home. I will begin a run-on shortly which will establish how we came to the Pyramid, and some beginning things so I can get to know you and your characters.

Now to the good stuff,

For his many contributions to Spectre and his time as leader, I award Jagen Phoenix the title of Phalanx of Spectre and a Dark Cross. Thank you Jagen.
