There are times when work for the Office gets laid back and there are times when I have to ask a lot of my Staff. What I hope to see is dedication and effort put in to their work. However, when they go above and beyond the work they've done and work to ensure the Office remains efficient and productive, it is only right that the members of my Staff receive a compensation fitting for their work. With this in mind, I am proud to announce that Jeric Cyrin and Ekeia Iclo have both received Sapphire Blades for the work they have done on the Herald's Staff. Please, congratulate them for their efforts.

Lately, my biggest work has been... Possessions! Here are a couple examples of what's to come.

In addition to this, I have been discussing with various people about potential competitions to bring to the DB. One of the things that was mentioned was giving someone the chance to create something for the Possessions system. So, we're going to do just that. After the Independence Games, there will be a competition under the title of Operation: Hardware. During these competitions, you will be able to write up a description of a weapon to bring to the Possessions system for that category. Details will be found in the competition when it is released. I hope to see many entries for this.

Speaking of competitions, Jeric Cyrin has created a competition with a sexy prize for the winner called "Dark Assassin". So far, I have only seen two entries for it. I am hoping to see much more come in.

In the near future? I do not think so. More times than not, we wait to release great sexiness either on the Anniversary of a Herald's appointment or during Herald Style Hanukkah. However with the upcoming Independence Games and Great Jedi War, best believe that there can be awards for those who perform their best in these competitions.
