A knock on his door reached out and reverberated around the meditation chamber. The sounds bounced back and forth, disturbing nothing until Tra’an opened his eyes. It finally registered that someone needed him. Letting go of the peace and tranquility from this brief moment of respite, the haggard Aedile rose swiftly to his feet and announced, “Come”, desk already rising from the floor, chair settling in behind. Sitting down, the weary Shi’ido just barely arranged himself before the door opened and one of the young members of the messaging staff came busting in, laying a document on his desk. Tra’an lifted it and two words leaped off the page. Sith Beacon. Looking at the person in front of him, hands steepled beneath his chin, the words were simple, “Are you sure?” The single nod meant that it had been triple checked before it was brought to his attention.

“Send a reply, I want that beacon pinpointed, we’ll leave at first light. I have to gather my team.” With another nod, the youth was gone in a flash to arrange for a personal transport. It had been many years since the last reports of a phantom Sith Empire ship had last graced his desk. Now they had a location. It was time for House Plagueis to regain its glory by stealing from the past. With a shake of his head, the stylish Obelisk was gone in mere moments, only the swish of his cape marking the departure upon the beginning of an epic undertaking.

Greetings Disciples of the Ascendant House and welcome to the Aedile Report!

This is my first official report. I apologize for the delay. There have been a number of things that have occurred in the last month since the leadership changed hands, all of which I am going to cover with you now, because they are important.

First, The leadership has changed again. Braecen, our temporary Roll Master has relinquished his position to a fulltime replacement. Congratulate Unus Domus on his ascension. He will be handling new member orientation and training as is normal.

Jaek is currently helping to plot and plan a post GJW Multi-Comp with our friends in Revan and House Scholae Palatinae. The Run On Shards of a Lingering Darkness launches June 24th. It will be four members from every house, and the plot will be written by none other than our very own Kal di’Plagia. Yes, that’s right, Kal’s back to help the summit with tasks and just relax in being one of you, our members, without whom we would be nothing and have nothing.

I only have two slots left for the Shards Run On, and it’s first come first serve. Due to the nature of the RO, I am only taking those that can and will commit to a two post a week schedule for five weeks, each post having to be at least 500 words in length.

Prepare for a Descent into Epic Darkness folks, it’s going to be a bumpy ride!

Starting on June 1st, I will be releasing a series of simple competitions with two week time limits, designed to be fun. They aren’t going to be worth more than 5th lvl crescents, but a shiny is a shiny, right?

Email me what you want Ladies and Gents. Fiction First? Maybe some Gfx? Most popular goes first, etc. If I don’t hear from enough of you, I’ll tag Unus with them and throw darts until I pick one.

The Great Jedi War is coming! No one knows when yet, but the word on the street is that it’s an August/September launch, if all goes according to Muz’s evil master plan. So start preparing, checking schedules, and arranging for time to write, game, and draw your way into Brotherhood history!

If you ever feel you are being discriminated against, ignored, or mistreated, send me an email with Urgent in the title and lay it all out. I’ll respond, and when I get home from work or if I’m at home, I’ll deal with it ASAP. I’m almost always on MIRC, so leaving me a message there in our private channel; is a good idea. If I don’t get it, someone in summit will, but an email is always preferred unless you see me active on IRC. Feel free to PM in that case, for anything.
