_Nine Dark Jedi stood within the Ceremonial Chamber, facing their Commander from below the raised dais. A spartan durasteel desk sat before the dais; Vorrac sat behind it, his folding chair matching the table. His right hand's gloved fingers tapped its polished surface, while his left hand held a datapad. Emerald eyes colder than the frigid air outside took in the data scrolling across its screen; the expression on his face didn't change. Standing, he walked before the table, lightsaber and whip clearly visible on his belt. They were more than weapons; they were visible symbols of authority.

"You have all done much for Plagueis of late." He said, looking at each. From Sarak's cataract-white gaze to Voden's faceless Mandalorian helmet, his expression didn't shift. "You have fulfilled your duties... to the Plagueian standard." His gaze hardened. "But not to my standard."

All of them shifted where they stood; some looked indignant, while others looked ashamed. He rose a hand to stop any responses. "I want no excuses, I bear no blame or ill will; such things are petty and mean nothing to me." He looked at each. "We are the Blade of Plagueis. Just as my desk sits before this Throne, our team stands before Plagueis. We bear its message, we fight its enemies, we further its interests." Lowering his hand, his face took on a softer, yet no less firm, expression. "We have already had one member bow out; Tiberius could not represent or remain in Plagueis. His loss is regrettable. His place will be, and has been, filled."

All of them nodded; they knew the gravity of Kal's words. His eyes actually seemed to become colder as he spoke the last line of his speech. "You too can be replaced. Dismissed."_

News

Before I get to brass tax, I want to say to everyone that this report has dramatically blown its predecessor out of the water. Good job; try to do the same in the space until next report. I know we can do it.

In the news, as seen above, Tiberius di Cloud has elected to leave us. We are forced to make due, and we have Adapted well; Imichua Ascends to his spot. Hopefully, he can Avail against the challenges before him and try to become a Leader of Plagueis. Joining him in the position of Flight Leader is Furios, who excels already and sets a standard that we should all seek to follow. Aside from this, however, we have nine solidly active members aside from myself in Primus Pilus.

Solidly, but not exceptionally. This can and will improve.

Our Run-On, Vesica di Plagia, begins to pick up steam; I encourage everyone to practice within it. It's a great way to become familiar with each other and get involved.

Recent news and observation show that Primus Pilus has bolstered the IRC activity of not only #plagueis, but also #revan and #scholae. As Plagueians, it is our duty to ourselves, to our allies, and to the Brotherhood to improve the organization around us. As Vesica di Plagia, the Blade of Plagueis, it is our duty above all others in this House to see this mission done. I can proudly say that we have begun fostering growth, but I expect us to continue and even increase this trend.

The hunt for a Plagueian Aedile has begun, joining the search for several other DJB staff members. Consider yourselves for these positions, if you are up to it, but do not be decieved; this is a position meant for long-term work. The rewards will present themselves, the power will be available, but you will be expected to maintain position for a minimum of twelve months and will have a decent workload. Of all Plagueians, I'd expect Pilus members to not only accept these stipulations, but to welcome them.

Almost everyone on the team is now game-equipped, thanks to Steam, Mastercard, and my stubborn streak. This was an investment on my part; I expect to see some return on it. I do not expect your every waking moment spent online; I merely expect some use of the equipment available to you. Several of you I did not supply, these already bearing games; these already bear the honor of Plagueis in #dbgaming. To follow their lead, we are all to maintain a presence in #dbgaming alongside our other channels.

Sharpening the Blade

This is a little section where I discuss what the team needs to improve. First thing's first: Morale. We are a team; all Plagueians stand together, but Primus Pilus does not just follow the orders. We embody them. Get to know your teammates. Get to know your Housemates. Encourage people, embody the Plagueian standard, and ask for help when you need it. Keep spirits up, keep activity up, and we will sustain this House.

Next: Communication. I've seen the Googlegroups and forums of other Houses, ladies and gents; they have topics with a plethora of responses, events with a deluge of entries. What do they have that we lack? Communication. Pop your head into the channel, strike up or join conversation; send emails to the team googlegroup asking for help. Post on the forums. Enter a competition, or see if anyone else is. Keep in touch with me, keep in touch with each other, and we will rise to our rightful place.

This House stands a chance to grow into the First Clan, Pilus; this Team is that House's heart. We win, it beats. We lose, it breaks. This is why I hold you to such a standard; in all reality, I ask the bare minimum. I am lenient, and I am patient; I am not afraid to step on anyone's toes. I choose to give each of you my trust, to have faith that you can all participate on a decent scale and get Plagueis back on track by doing so. Abuse my trust and you'll find yourself out of the Team before you can finish complaining.

Lift the blade, charge the blaster; don the robes, fasten the armor. Run at the foe or strike him from the shadows; hone your skills on the virtual battlefield or work to make your pen far mightier than any sword. We are one, we are powerful, we are Vesica di Plagia; we are Primus Pilus. We Adapt, Ascend, and Avail; our symbol is the pyramid of perfection, and the pyramid is our way. We stand on the eve of war, Pilus, on the very threshold; glory awaits. Go and get it.

Policies of Primus Pilus

• While on IRC and in DB channels, all members will maintain a presence in #plagueis, #scholae, #revan, and #dbgaming. Failure to do so will result in warnings and then in removal from the team, at the Commander's discretion.
• All members will maintain an activity standard; rather than a defined number, noticable contribution and communication is expected at all times unless on a LoA.
• Members who do not read Commander reports are not exempt from the rules therein.
• All members will seek to boost the morale of Plagueis and its allies whenever possible.
• All members MUST HAVE an approved DB character sheet and a DJBWiki article linked to the Plagueis category.
• No member shall abuse the Dark Covenant or tarnish the good name of Plagueis; any who do so will be promptly ousted.

Conclusion

• Decided improvement since last report. I expect as much or better for the next one.
• Goodbye Tiberius. We'll miss you.
• Lots of activity... for normal membership. Pick up the pace, boys and girls.
• I got promoted. Be afraid.
• Great work to Nariah and Furios. The rest of you, embody that.
• Furios and Imichua are FLs.
