Rollmaster Report

A sharp, intense wave of panic shot though Kaira as she sat on a velvety pillow deep in mediation. The Rollmaster of Odan-Urr had just spent hours in mediation as she sorted through the events of the last few weeks. First the attacks on outlying settlements and now there was a new leader for the house. It had made the young woman wonder just what would befall the small house of Jedi next.

As her eyes shot open with the knowledge that their fight was just beginning, she pushed off the floor to stand on legs that were a bit shaky at first. It was time to meet with her new Quaestor to speak with him about events she felt needed to be looked into. The small settlements needed more protection, but the Jedi couldn't give that without leaving their own home vulnerable.

Kaira walked calmly down the halls as she headed for Jonuss Rai's office. He was the new leader, but the Rollmaster had yet to meet with him in private. She wanted to put it off as long as she could in the hope that her visions would change. They had not but she could not fully understand them all. She knocked on his office door then opened to find the man standing as if waiting for her.

"It is good you came, Rohana. I believe you have something to share with me?" With a small nodded of her head, she looked to the stacks of work he had to do and felt as if she should not have come. "I am sorry to come now. You are busy. Should I come back later?"

"No, what is it that troubles you?"

"It is the attacks on the small settlements that are going on. Whoever is behind it is well financed and I fear it will only get worse before getting better."

The man nodded; he too had seen the reports and felt as she did. "They are well financed to have the weapons that we don't even have. I worry that we are outmatched to face them head on. Yet you knew this already didn't you?"

"I knew only of great pain and suffering if we choose the wrong path. My visions are unclear as to what path to take. However I do know that we can't allow this to go on but we should be very cautious as to what our next move will be."

Jonuss Rai looked at the rollmaster before him and nodded to her. He sat back down at his desk as he thought over a course of action. "I believe we should speak with the other leaders. Nothing will be decided just yet. I will set up a time tonight. I would like you to try to meditate some more before then. See if you don't gain more insight into our paths. Go now and I will send someone for you when it is time to meet."

Kaira hurried off to do as she was asked. Meditation took a lot out of her but she knew that if she did find a path, it would help. It was all she could do for them now. She hoped it would at least be a way to save them from death.

Alright, we don't have a lot of students at this time. However, if you are of Protector to Jedi Hunter rank and wish to have a master, please email me to remind me that you don't have a master but would like one.

We have had an up and down month or so of changes. Let's hope that we move forward though this all and work very hard with our new leadership. If you need help at any time, e-mail or grab the house leaders on IRC. We are here to help.

In personal news, my husband's father passed away. We have been dealing with that but it will be ongoing. With that I know I have missed stuff going on myself. I am playing catch up bit I am around a bit each day so if you need me hunt me down!

I hope you all will work hard the next few weeks in the contests going on for the house and club. There are a lot of them. Find something you like and move up ranks.
