First, the Head Count. Congratulations and compliments to all, I had a hard time choosing a winner on this one. Fifteen sets of heads found their way onto my desk, so with a few containing more than five, we now know the fate of close to one hundred who have ended their Dark Jedi Training prematurely. However only one can win... and because I'm nasty, I'll start the other way round.

Honorable mentions:

NOV Tiberius Claudius Germanicus Tang'va - only entry with graphics. Had there been a better connection between some of the images and the description, it would have been a winner.
KE Saitou - Several funny descriptions, but just outside the top 3. And Saitou, when I mix a pangalactic gargle blaster, you survive it. After about four weeks of pure agony of course.

So, on to the winners:

3rd: KP Dark Sabre. One of two attempts in story format, this connects the heads with a bunch of outside humor and tells some about the day of an Eclectic pedagog at the SA. You don't want to know...
2nd: KAP Vassan Rokir. This submission had me on the floor in fits of laughter. "Hey, old man. What does ‘Alter Matter’ do?" and "I passed all the tests! Now I’m as smart as Kai-" are just two of the "famous last words" inscriptions on the plaques beneath his heads.
1st: DJM Arania Lawakiro. Everything fits together in this submission, including the names of the deceased. I'll leave it to to speculate how "Khlumm-See" and "Krr-Ash Tu'bad" died... What made this better than number two ? Mostly the fact that here, I got 10 laughs while Vassan's only gave me five. All things equal, length pays off.

So let me close this with a quote from Arania's submission:

Under this someone illegially wrote: And would we have wanted that? _

Nope. They're much more funny dead. And with that, on to the Independence Games banner competition. Only two entries here, GRD Issard Jokaat and OPM Mage. And Issard wins. What with ? You'll have to be patient for another 3 days until you get to see the Independence Games site, but it's grand.
