Spectre Battle Team Report

Hello folks, sorry Ive taken so long to introduce myself, but Ive been heavily editing the Spectre Cell wiki page. My name is Etah dTana and I have been a member of the Clan Arcona for longer than I care to admit. In the past I have been Quastor and Aedile of the House Galeres, and Left Hand of Justice, as well as Tetrarch.

I have served in the Armed Forces and my experience led me to establish a slightly different mission profile for Spectre Cell. Instead of just specialized Infantry, I have added intelligence functions which involve moving to a location, setting up an observation point/fighting position and manning scanning equipment for intelligence and call for fire missions. If you have any questions about our mission profile make sure to check here.

Feel free and encouraged to contact me at any time, for any reason. I am tied in with the Summit and can generally give you just as much information as they can.

Feud

I understand that sign ups have closed. Hopefully many of you are already members of teams. Please notify me if you are in a team and who you are in a team with.

In Arcona we have used to winning, but that was not always the case. At the beginning of my career, we generally finished near the bottom. This Feud is significant in that many of our heavy hitters transferred out of the Clan or are sitting out this competition. This is your moment to add to Arconas legacy, it is your time to standout from your peers. Lets make sure that Arcona doesn't revert back to a Clan that finishes near the bottom by kicking ass.

Lets prove to Arcona that we as a Battle Team are special and are worthy heirs to Soulfires legacy of winning.

Communication

The life of a Battle Team leader can be pretty boring. The only exciting thing is when I see mail about or get mail from you. So please believe I want you guys to get all the promotions, awards and recognition that I can possibly explain. It doesnt hurt that all that makes me look good.

But in order to do this, I need to hear from you regularly and often. Feel free and advised to copy me in all Dark Brotherhood related communications, applications, competition entries and the like. The more I hear from and about you the more you are likely to get promotions and awards and the cool things that come with them both.

Journeymen who are not yet Knights, this means you Anigrel, Saarin, and Xel. My number 1 priority is to help you to become Dark Jedi Knights. But I need you to do stuff (activity!) and I need you to talk to me (communication!).

To this end, every single one of you has until the end of this Vendetta to get a hold of me at least once. If you fail to do so, I will get you transferred out of Spectre Cell. Im not a hard ass, I realize that there are things more important than this silly game but I need a minimum level of communication to be effective as a first line leader and to help you achieve your goals.
