Greetings Scholae Palatinae!
Going to sacrifice the usual opening fiction this time around as there is going to be plenty of fiction coming in the upcoming Feud. More on that in a bit. Also, I hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of the holiday season. There is still plenty that will be going on as we bring 2012 to a close.
On the Brotherhood front, we've recently seen both our DGM Halcyon and VOICE Vodo resign from their positions.
Stepping up as our new DGM is Raken who has a long history of kicking major ass around the Brotherhood. Congratulations to him and good luck!
The VOICE position open to applications. The Voice is fictionally considered to be the mouthpiece of the Grand Master and responsible for sharing his vision of the brotherhood to the members. The OOC functioning of the VOICE focuses around all the fictional aspects of the Brotherhood. If you want to know more about the roll and if it is something you think you might have the chops for check out the wikipedia article on it. Applications for it are due to Muz and Raken by the end of December 2nd and should include writing samples.
So what about that feud?! As you all know there is a Post-Horizons Feud coming. We will be working with/against Clan Naga Sadow in a two week long feud as a follow up to being invaded during Horizons. We've been working quite hard on it and it should be released very soon. Our very own Thran has been working hard on getting the accompanying fiction for it finished. The events are all finalized and weâve been putting together a simple website to act as a central hub of fiction updates, event listings and scoring updates. I know that the CNS Summit, myself, and the rest of the HSP Summit are very excited about it. You will be seeing more information about it, including the website and event list when it launches.
TL;DR * Raken is new DGM * VOICE open to applications * Feud is close to being run
Take care Scholae Palatinae, I look forward to seeing what you all can accomplish during the feud!
