Hey Guys,
I had been planning on creating a poll for the members of Taldryan for the most recent Chapter in the Crusades, but then I thought to myself, why limit it to Taldryan? So I've decided to make it accessible to everyone in the DB, so they can fill out their opinions of the new system we're trying out.
I have gone through great efforts to ensure that any responses to this poll will be kept anonymous, and when I report the findings from it, the comments section will be separated from the other sections, making sure that they cannot be linked via participation numbers or any other responses.
The reason I chose to do this is simple, it's my experience in the DB that members who are asked questions by a Dark Councillor respond differently than they would if they were asked by another member, or a member of their House Summits. By running this poll outside of the DC, I'm hoping that when I do report it's findings, the data will be more transparent and helpful, and we can make sure that the Crusades keep getting better and better.

I ran a couple after-action polls as well, and I can't stress how important it is to be completely honest. There's no way for leaders to know how things are going unless people tell them. Stress the parts you enjoyed and the parts you didn't. It's one of the few ways that leaders will know what direction to go in
