Recently there has been some rumblings of the new GMRG system which actualy was quite successful in the past and More people like it then dislike it. I have only gotten 3 complaints and I need people to know they can come talk to me about anything to help quell thier fears. However... what I CANNOT tolerate is people disenting behind closed doors and planning to undermine the guard, my authority, and everything that we have built. This is NOT the EH. We DO NOT politic that way. IF you plan on doing so I think you should leave the DB and join such a club that has thier reasoning.

Able to host many competitions and help with big project competitions
Open minded and flexable with ideas and creative
