The Dark Crusades: A Brotherhood Story

And we're back at it. The Dark Crusades are finally coming to a close, and Taldryan needs from you one last great push of frenzied activity before we can relax into the holiday season. We've come a long way since the last GJW; and all signs point to Taldryan continuing to grow in strength and power, and return to the more familiar territory of pwning anything and everything.

One super important note here is that there has been a rule change concerning gaming. Where originally you were only allowed to play people from Tarentum, Plagueis, Naga Sadow, or Arcona, the Fist has seen fit to open up the competition. Now matches vs. anyone not from Taldryan are acceptable.

For now though, we have four events to keep our attention. I recently sent out an individual report concerning the each event which have been added to the thread on the forums. You can access that forum here and the password is [redacted].

Also, I'll add just one more quick reminder to everyone that when you have submitted your results, send [Log in to view e-mail addresses] a quick note so we can keep track of your participation.

The New Warden of the Wardens

Yeah, don't worry: we're not actually calling it that. That would be ridiculous. But as you all know, the application period has ended, and I would like to thank everyone who submitted one. The fun part about this is I won't actually be announcing who the new Battle Team Leader is. Wallow in mystery!

Seriously though, the appointment of the new Leader of the Wardens is going to be one of the first steps in a new leadership plan that Taldryan is going to be unveiling in the near future, and it's going to come with a bit more fanfare than being a bullet point in the Aedile report.

Star Wars: A New, New Hope

So, we've got an actual release date for Star Wars: Episode VII. That date, ladies, gentlemen, and Tarax, is December 18th, 2015 (Also, thanks to Xen for posting this on the news page).

Obviously with a release date that far in the future, that is subject to change, but who cares. Now I have a real countdown I care about.
