That's right! At the recent SWTOR EA Cantina Tour in San Francisco it was announced that Galactic Starfighter will be playable on the Public Test Server this weekend! Every Starfighter model currently in game will eventually be available to fly, although at launch the selection will be limited to just a few.
Check out Dulfy's Blog Post for some sneak peaks of screenshots that were released for Starfighter at the Cantina Tour yesterday.
FYI - there's a button on your SWTOR launcher that allows you to get to the PTS. I think it's on the lower left corner.
