"No, Sir, I haven't seen him since", the guard answered. James McKenna pushed his hat up into his neck a bit, rubbing his forehead. Dismissing the armored man, he went back into his office and slumped down on the leather chair behind the stainless steel desk both him and the KHP were using.
Contemplating for a minute, he brought up the holonet and punched in his security codes. Accessing the Combat Master's command interface, he re-routed all command protocols directly to his office. Following this, he opened up the virtual comlink and set up a news bulletin:
"Due to the absence of the Combat Master, I am hereby taking over control of the Antei Combat Center for the duration of the crisis. Thank you for your cooperation."
Nodding contentedly, James McKenna pushed himself up from the chair and headed towards Jac's office.
