As you know Dalthid has quit the PCON spot a couple of weeks ago and I would like to promote him to the rank of Krath Pontifex for his accomplishments since his last promotion over 7 months ago. According to the rules I can't promote someone to my own rank, so I have to get your approval and your help in passing the promotion. Any one of you with access to do the rank change could do it, or if you prefer I can put in regularly and one of you approve it or tell CoFo that you have approved it and that he should let it pass. Dalthid has done a great job, and he has been a solid dependable member and second in command... I will miss him :/ for you too, to see that he does deserve it, and in my opinion he indeed does I am providing you with a listing of his accomplishments since the last promo.
