As it has come to my attention that certain hostilities have been directed against members of Scholae Palatinae by members of Clan Exar Kun.

In the light of those events, I have no choice but to declare war on Clan Exar Kun. We will stand by our members, and any attack on one of us is seen as an attack on the whole Clan.

Let it be known that Exar Kun will be sorry to have engaged in hostilities.
