The founders gave the helpless masses the power to crush the populace upon their homeworld and with it the birth of Taldryan was known. Embracing the force and binding their clan with the strength of millions within one, they conquered. Power from the ancient Keepers had brought devastation to nearby planets and even bordering star systems. Taldryan felt that none could oppose them – even the Star Chamber itself would crumble before her mighty grasp. And soon, as power and victory blinded her, Taldryan forgot her founders, Taldryan forgot the Keepers.

For this betrayal, an ultimate price was levied. The Founders sought revenge. The Keepers empowered them. Both became the destroyers.

The destroyers were unlike any of the other cultures they had encountered. The destroyers were more brutal than any. They did not conquer to seize resources or to enslave the populace. They were merciless and conquered only to kill, destroying their civilization world by world, star system by star system. Having lost their empire, Taldryan returned to the planet from which the Keepers had made them. It was the only place they had left. They would not attack their home, would they? But the destroyers did not falter. They seemed to know exactly where their home was. Karufr was at hand. The legacy of their society was at an end. There were none to pass on the history of the once great empire, none to wander the galaxy and promulgate their culture. Theirs was at an end. The destroyers did not stop, and so their society was destroyed. The destroyers had finished their task. The end of Taldryan was realized.

Overlord Darkonian stood on the bridge of the clan flagship looking down over the planetscape below just as sunlight dawned on the eastern continent. Far in the distance, the sun poured in, splashing radiation across the bridge, interrupted only by the asteroid field. He observed intently as the last starfighters were recalled to the hangar after the last successful mission of a victorious campaign. Systematic extermination was always the most fulfilling tour of duty.

Upon this one-hundred eighty-ninth period of the twenty-seven thousand, nine-hundred and eighty-seventh annal of Darth Firefox, be it known that CLAN SATAL KETO does hereby make a declaration concerning the FORMAL RELATIONSHIP with CLAN TALDRYAN.

In the FIFTH GREAT JEDI WAR, CLAN TALDRYAN has with great malice denied the formal allegiance with its very founders and has committed such acts of sedition against those Founders in its open declaration of WAR with CLAN SATAL KETO.

KRATH PONTIFEX JARLA, former member and loyalist of HOUSE SATAL KETO, did with great guardianship join HOUSE EKTROSIS and did become the FIRST CONSUL of CLAN TALDRYAN, one of the most important founding members of the clan, CLAN TALDRYAN.

DARK SIDE ADEPT PYRALIS, former member and loyalist of HOUSE SATAL KETO, now elder of CLAN SATAL KETO, did with great altruism join HOUSE EKTROSIS, did with great distinction name the SITH HOUSE ARCHANIS, and did become it’s FIRST QUAESTOR, becoming an important founding member of CLAN TALDRYAN and HOUSE ARCHANIS itself.

It is therefore the order of SITH OVERLORD GORD DARKONIAN, SCION DE SATAL, that all FORMAL RELATIONS with CLAN TALDRYAN are terminated, that all dignitaries assigned to CLAN TALDRYAN be recalled, and that an OPEN STATE OF WAR shall exist with CLAN TALDRYAN hence.
