This is just a quick notice, mainly to the summits out there. While I don't mind awarding medals for participation for the GJW to date (it's the GJW, medals are flowing like wine...), but please keep in mind that if someone receives a DC for Part 1 and Part 2 and so and so forth, and then you reccomend a GC for them for their "exemplary performance throughout the GJW," or some such, that last medal will most likely be denied, because they've already been awarded for the GJW because you awarded them individually for each portion of the GJW. So, please keep in mind that, if you are planning on awarding larger medals at the end of the GJW, you may need to cut back on awarding medals to everyone immediately after each portion of the GJW.
