Standing in the Dark Hall, Baron Blackheart was in flowing black robes, his Imperial Medal of Merit bestowed upon him by the Emperor himself when the Emperor declare him is Hand. Sitting on an Iron throne-like chair set in the mouth of a polished skull of a Krayt Dragon he sat with the fires of the braziers casting shadows about the hall and his face as if the Dark Side itself was present. Standing next to him was he long time friend and mentor Imperius, and to the right a guest from the Emperor's court Imperial Advisor Ars Dagor. All three looking vastly regal.

Standing before them were four members of the Dark Order. Jonaleth, Renodiar, Armagedon and Shinjuu. They walked up and bowed before their Baron.

Ars Dagor in the gold and red robes of his Imperial office of Imperial Advisor pulls out a scroll and breaks the seal and looks to Baron Blackheart who nods.

"By Order of His Excellency, Baron Gilkane Blackheart, in accordance with the will of His Majesty Emperor Palpatine and authority there within does hereby bestow the rank and title of Commissar upon the following members of the Dark Order, Armagedon, Renodiar, Jonaleth Isradia Aquillarum, and Shinjuu.

By the powers of the Baron and the Emperor you are hereby empowered to travel the Empire, and recruit and secure members for the Dark Order. Seek out the talents and skilled individuals your Guild needs to better serve the Emperor and your Baron.

Ars Dagor closes the scroll. Imperius stands forth as the Baron arises from his Iron Throne.

Kneel! Imperius commands.

Both step forward and Imperius carries with him four black sashes with a silver embossed emblem upon it. A cross interposed by a thin cross through it and lay upon two circles.

Baron Gilkane Blackheart takes one from Imperius and places them upon your necks. And steps back.

Raise my friends, our time is at hand. The foundation of an order of the empire such as the Dark Order is yours to build with us. Your Baron and the Emperor himself are counting on your diligence and your loyalty to the Imperial throne and the Iron Throne of the Order. Our Brotherhood is eternal. Raise my Commissars.
