Yes, the Justicar CAN make competitions, and I have my first one from this Office now running, until November 11th, which by my Calculations means you have exactly 3 weeks to complete it.

Yes, this is another graphics competition, so for all you artistic types out there, this one is for you.

What I want is a Symbol to represent the Chamber of Justice, I'd prefer a Heraldic Coat of Arms, but if you can come up with something better, artistic liscence is yours!

The winner will get a Star of Antei, a 1 day get out of jail free card, and the runner up will get a Dark Cross. Also you'll get to see your work used in all official CoJ notices and have the sadistic pleasure of knowing YOUR work, will often spell doom for the less than savoury parts of Brotherhood society.
