For his past work in the GMRG Halc is hereby re-instated as a GMRG member and given the Honoray Rank of Praetorian. Halc has been a great member of the DB for some time and a long time friend and has been helpful in many of my endevours in the DB. I'm greatful to his service DB wide and in Clan arcona in Oriens. Thanks Halc and Congratz.
