It is with a laughing and a crying eye that I see Korras Aquillarum appointed as new Obelisk High Commander. Laughing, because I know about his qualities and that he will be doing an excellent job. Crying, because upon his appointment, I have to relieve him of his duties as my Praetor - we're not the EHDB after all.

HOWEVER, due to his excellent performance above and beyond the call of duty over the course of the last year where he has not only helpmed me tremendously in running the LM office but also, together with Arania, made sure the GMRG didn't break down comepletely, I am hereby promoting Prelate Korras Aquillarum to Exarch.
