I have made a decision to change a part of the way the new RG comp will be run. Some of you will hate me for it and some of you won't really care, but I think my reasoning is sound.

Originally I said that all matches that you play over the three week period would be counted towards the RG comp. That meant that if you played a Tuesday Gaming Night match you could submit it for that and for the RG comp. I am going to change that rule so that you have to play outside of the regular MP nights to earn points for the RG comp.

RULE CHANGE: Only matches that are played solely against other RG members and solely for the purpose of the RG comp will be counted. This opens up Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday morning and every other Sunday to playing matches. You can also submit matches that you play on Gaming Nights, the ICTE and the Sunday Tourney if you don't submit it for that competition, but instead decide to use it for the RG comp. If you decide to use it for the RG comp you must both agree before you play the match.

Now, my reasoning for this rule change; the Royal Guard is here to award people for activity above and beyond their normal activity. We don't really accomplish this if I allow you to get double credit for one thing. It's not fair to non-RG members and it goes against what the RG stands for.

This rule change still allows for many other opportunities to play matches and receive credit and CFs. If you have any questions I'll answer them.
