After the discussion and the opinion poll of whether we should change the ranks, I believe the concensus has been that people aren't as opposed to changing the ranks, as they are to "changing them to something bad." You all now have the option to speak your voice, and help direct the course of the Order. As I stated in the poll, it seems like Warrior and Warlord are the more favorite ranks, and are wanted to be kept on, so they are not part of the poll. Your choices will decide which two options join Warrior and Warlord. After the additions are decided, we'll worry about what order they are arranged as.
Remember, this poll is Sith-only, and it only deals with the four Equite ranks of the Sith, which are currently Warrior, Warmaster, Warlord and Overlord. This poll is slated for being open 30 days. In the case of a tie, or where options are near-enough ties, there may be a second poll to complete the decision. Members of the Sith Order, I encourage you all to take an active part in this, and make yourselves known. This is your Order, and your will decides our course. Be dynamic, be proactive, and be involved. Summit members, I ask and encourage you to make sure your Clans know about this, and are actively involved in the decision.

Why is this poll Sith-only? It was clearly gathered that a change in ranks affects any Order directly and indirectly.
My guess would be because he wants to gauge the Sith opinion on the topic. He never said this was the only and final discussion on the topic. Rather a poll in which to gather the Sith feelings on the topic at hand.
Being the Sith High Warrior it is his prerogative to do gather what his Order feels about any topic of his choosing.
There should be a second poll for the non-Sith to express their opinions then. That way he can have both opinions - especially useful if his own order is tied or near-tied on the issue.
If I'm not mistaken, Bf is the Sith High Warrior. Emphasis on "Sith." That means his primary duty is to those members who are Sith. When what he's doing affects the Jedi or RPG, maybe then he will take into consideration your comments.
If I'm not mistaken, even non-Sith members are asked to formally address Sith members by their earned rank, so the rank names do affect any and all Jedi who ever have any dealings with a Sith - pretty much everyone. Thus, while I fully agree that the opinion of Sith members should matter more in this aspect, that of others should at least be collected and reviewed. Which is why two polls is the most befitting format for this issue.
It DOES affect all of us, being Sith or not. Yeah, there should be a second poll for the other two Orders.
Do the happenings of one Order affect another Order? Absolutely. Is the Sith Order allowed to choose for itself what it wants its ranks to be? Absolutely. I'm sorry if this offends anyone not to have a vote, but the fact is, it is a Sith-only poll, because the Sith will choose what the ranks should be. I don't think the Sith want the Krath and Obelisk choosing what their ranks should be. If you'd like to have an opinion poll, then I'll be glad to make a poll, but it's not going to have any real weight within the official results.
