We finally have achieved a City rank of Manufacturing Center and our City of "Ragnos Stronghold" now features a Shuttleport.
We have a total of 59 Citizens and 56 guild members with the promise of more to join since we now are known as one of the largest Imperial guilds in the server specially after the many people quit the game because of the changes brought by the Combat Upgrade.
I for one am enjoying the combat upgrade since it forces players to organize hunting parties of a max of 8 players and the amount of XP that we get is much larger than before.

We have been encouraging all new guild members to sign up with the DB and requesting them to get themselves a dossier number, however we have seen them do just that but not take the much needed Test of Lore that is required to place them in a Clan.
This is something that I am trying to solve maybe by offering an in game reward for completion of the exam, but that is a subject that I will discuss with the rest of the "Shadow Senate" to try to come up with a common solution.
If anyone has any ideas please post them on our forum.
