It came to my attention, though a bit late, that Training/Qualification battles have been getting declined by the staff. I do know that they did 'direct' the Initiates to seek other staff members, which some have done, but some have just decided to sulk. So, we have adjusted the way we handle these requests:

• If a Trainer/Operator has too many battles (which is a personal thing for each of them, I will not dictate their threshold) then they will accept them and send them to the queue.
  
• Once in the queue, they will mail the staff list and let everyone know that they need help.
  
• A staff member will 'pickup' the battle, open it and just edit the battle so they are the Trainer/Operator.
  

This means that some of you may challenge SWL Vessicant, for example, but when you go to the battle - you'll be training/qualifying with DJK Kat Pridemore. This will increase our efficiency at getting everyone through, though you may not be training with whom you intended. Don't fret - they are all equally capable of getting you going in the right direction.
