If you haven't included your family in the census or you haven't appointed a representative, please do so as soon as possible. This is designed to protect your family from having just anyone join and will also assist those families interested in becoming official.

What about us Longs, especially with Chi leaving/gone from the DB?
How do we get a representative for a family? Is one assigned?
Do they have to join your family and carry the name?
Pick someone from among your family and have them email me. That's it
I'm assuming Clan names aren't on the list? =)
As a family, I don't know that the Longs exist anymore. It was more of a Master/Apprentice thing, anyways, rather than any real familial ties. Also, after Fae resigned, Pyralis and Kaek dropped the names pretty fast, and I noticed that you did too, Shai. At that point, I dropped the name, because I didn't know if it applied anymore. Trev said he was going to talk to Fae, and email all of us, and strike up a discussion, but I'm not sure if that ever happened.
In any event, it's likely up to all of us to get together, and just figure it out.
Clan names are actually on the list but we don't need a representative as the Clan Consul is technically the representative. Additionally, no new Clan names have been given out since I first made the list.
As to the Longs, that's entirely up to Trev or whoever else wants to discuss their future. I was under the impression that the family was to be dissolved after Chi left but maybe I was wrong?
Does Plagueis have a Clan name?
