Hello all,

There are a lot of times when people who deserve awards somehow fall through the cracks. It's not that their efforts are unnoticed, but for some reason their dossiers simply do not show their exploits well.

One of these people is Halcyon.

Halcyon spent five months as Arcona Proconsul and another four months as Consul. He has worked for over a year as second in command of the ACC. He has contributed to numerous Dark Council projects, and for years has been one of the upstanding members of this club. Halcyon deserves our thanks for all that he does now and all that he has done.

So, Halcyon, it is my pleasure today to award you with an Emerald Dagger. This comes on excellent recommendations from Dalthid and Denath on your service to the ACC and Arcona. Truly -- you are one of the great members of our time, and are deserving of this award.
