Brotherhood Family Policies

Hey all

After some discussion, the new Brotherhood family policies have been revised and implemented. They can be found here:

DB Policy Page

For your easy perusal, I will also copy and paste them:

Dark Brotherhood Family Regulations
Originally drafted by the Special Committee for the Definition and Regulation of Families

1)Families are to exist only for role-playing purposes and as an external sign of a bond between friends.

2)Members are only permitted to be in one family at a time and must be at least the rank of Guardian to join, or Battlelord/Exarch/Epis to create.

3)Families are required to have at least three to five members in addition to the patriarch at the time of registry – and must have a Herald-approved fictional history at least four to five pages in length.

4)Families must have an official family representative who may or may not be the family leader. This individual is responsible for ensuring the Master At Arms has an updated roster of the family

5)"Family hopping" will not be allowed. After leaving one family, a member will be required to wait 4 months before they are permitted to join another.

Families that are registered will get a lot of additional perks - they will receive assistance from the MAA's office in remaining properly constituted (no new unapproved members and easy access to records) and they will also have access to additional services from the Herald.

If you would like to begin the process of registering as an official family, please email the MAA Staff and the HRLD Staff with all of your information.

On another note, I am still waiting for representatives from the following families to contact me. Please do so as soon as possible. Thank you.

Rokir
Jade
Long
Aquillarum

Sith Warlord Syn Kaek
Praetor to the Master At Arms
