I just figured I'd post a very visible, public notice of this, just in case some Clans have forgotten, or otherwise. This was emailed to the Summits list a couple days ago:

"Hey all.

"Just as a brief reminder to those who may have forgotten, or to those who may have become a Summit after I announced this originally. In preparation for the Sith War (Sith War 2006, which will be held Jan/Feb of next year), I need updates from each Clan. What I need is about a half- to a full-page of detail, so it's nothing overly hard, or tedious. Basically, I just want to know the fictional standing of your Clans. What's been happening, what you're doing, what you're planning for, how your defenses and offensive capabilities are spread, that kind of thing. It doesn't have to be anything overly detailed, it just needs to be able to help me get an idea of things.

"I'm going to be asking for these once a month, at the end of each month, until the War begins so that I can make sure the info I have is up-to-date, and that it reflects your Clan's status and readiness in all the fictional things, and those things affected by it appropriately. It's due by the end of the month, but this month, because the ORoS doesn't end until Saturday, I will place this month's deadline at Sunday, October 2nd, to make sure you all have the time to focus on the RoS, to get as much done as possible, and to help your Clans out with all of that before you focus on something else. That means that for this month, anything not in my inbox will equate to a general state of disorder and not being prepared fictionally for your Clan. If that's the case, it can affect the happenings in the Sith War.

"I hope all is well, and that everyone is getting a chance to kick some ass in the ORoS. I look forward to seeing the outcome of it all. Have a good morning/afternoon/evening."

By way of an update, I've received the updates for CSP and Taldryan so far. Updates are due today, so for the remaining four Clans, Consuls or Proconsuls, I'm expecting something by midnight EST. Thanks much.
