Good afternoon, everybody.
Now, in case some of you have been wondering- the Grand Master's Royal Guard is not purely a gaming-centred organisation. Since you can now choose whether you want to be in the Fiction Circle or the Gaming Circle, we would like to encourage those members who enjoy writing to seek membership in the GMRG. I feel that amongst the general populace of the Brotherhood, the GMRG is still seen as a 'gaming elite unit'- this is no longer true. For proof, look no further than myself- the only time I ever played Jedi Academy online, I got beaten by five kills to none. And yet I'm pretty high up in the GMRG. Draw your own conclusions. ^_^
We will be looking to expand the fictional side of the GMRG over time, but that requires more Guardsmen who enjoy writing. There's nothing to be lost from joining the GMRG- in fact, you not only get a spiffy red uniform, but also plenty of other benefits.

May we begin applying for positions for the writter's circle in the GMRG?
The GMRG is still invite-only until we announce otherwise. Applying to be a member of the GMRG is a waste of time :P
so how do we apply then? ;)
Isn't that kind of silly? We get a DB-wide news post that says that there is a writing component to this elite group, but then say it's an invite only.
Kind of a bait and switch, I think... =P
And here I was, thinking about signing up too. I don't think there is anyone else that can out-write me in CSP... ;)
