You will need to sign up for this event, because you cannot freely pick your writing partners. However, no one is going to have to write with an unfiting partner, as you will be able to indicate possible partners from the list of signups. So, if you'd prefer to write with someone in particular, get them to sign up!

The topic of this competition will be especially interesting for anyone holding a position. So, the Summits/DCers out there who wanted to write since a while, sign up :o)
