Covenant Amended to reflect Amalgamation

Hey all,

The Dark Covenant has been amended to reflect the changes brought in by Amalgamation. The changes affected three sections of the Covenant, one of which required 3/4ths approval by the Grand Electorate (DC and Consuls). That amendment passed with 10 "yes" votes, 1 "no" vote and two non-votes. The yes votes contained affirmance of every clan.
