The Gethsemane Incident (A GMRG Competition)

The indiginous population of the resort moon Gethsemane have declared war on Clan Arcona. Accusations have been made by the dissident faction that Clan Arcona has "unjustly taxed the population" by imposing unfair "tribute" and "tithe" laws. They also accuse Clan Arcona of denying them fair representation because only select residents are permitted to vote.

Twelve hours ago, the planetary garrison, stationed just outside the capital, was overwhelmed by insurgency forces. The planetary governer, along with several high level Clan officials, have been kidnapped and are currently being held hostage. The insurgents have already demanded the unconditional surrender of all Clan Arcona forces still on the surface. They have also demanded Independance, stating that they no longer wish to be part of the Brotherhood Dominion.

A warning issued by the Dark Council confirms that the insurgents have captured several military installations, including at least four planetary defense batteries. All Brotherhood ships are advised not to approach the moon until this crisis has been resolved.

I predict that this crisis will last 40 days and 40 nights. =P

at the rate I get things accomplished, probably longer :P

Is this a whole DB comp or is it foronly Arcona?

there's a hint in the title... "GMRG competition"

I suppose member sof the other Clans will respond very slowly, in the hopes Arcona will perish :)

and when they move slowly the clan members will be pissed at the leaders and join Arcona...:P

no offense though O=)

This situation will be dealt with utilizing all proper means, professionalism and urgency. We cannot allow our brother clans to fall to lesser forces. If it is their destiny to fall let them fall in rightious combat against their brethren or the forces of the Light. In this matter the GMRG possesses no loyalty save that which is owed to the Grand Master and the Brotherhood which he embodies.
