Howdy folks,

With the appointment of Anshar to Headmaster it was necessary to find a new Consul. After a brief search (that was actually conducted well before this swap took place), we decided it would be best if Spears had a chance to take the reigns of Tarentum.

We've all seen Spears work well as Headmaster, and I think he will be able to add much to his resume of good changes to the DB through work as Consul. Together, he and Welshman will continue to build on the strong foundation that Anshar has left.
