Yes, results are late, because I had a busy week full of educational goodness, and I will probably be busy again all the way till the end of the month, but ICTE will go on and so will the spreadsheets. since last ICTE was very small, I combined the two previous ICTEs, so here are the top 3 winners of these 2 combined ICTEs. Last ICTE had no winner who reached 12 CFs and 7 opponents, so no one lost their crescents. and now no more sweet talk, results:
