If you have a battle going on for the ACC Event in the Great Jedi War, then you will not be able to have any Character Sheets approved during the duration of your matches. They will not be declined, but kept until your matches are over.
This applies only to those who have battles open for the ACC Event in the GJW, and not for any other ACC-related things.

Well, there was a reason why this wasn't announced before-hand... :P
Anyway - when/if you 'quit' a battle so you can update your CS for that 'really important' battle, those battles will still be counted against you and your Clan - well, insomuch as they have any effect in the first place :)
