Ign.com has been nice and released it with the permission of LA, so what I can see, and searching around the net...its coming, when and where? noone knows this is just a teaser trailer. Will be out for Play Station 3!

I don't think this is to be an actual game. Is it not just a tech demo for the next-gen consoles? They probably haven't worked out how to get the controls for that kind of game right yet.

No where does it say it is an actual game. It actually stresses that its a pre-visualisation trailer. An idea of what could be done and what they will aim for.
Nowhere does it state that whatever they are doing is PS3 exclusive too.

This is the 3rd time, that this has hit the net, once before the story from IGN stated it was for an "Next Gen" consule...so that could be Wii, PS3, or 360.
This is a "teaser trailer" usually meaning that it may come to pass....or may not
LA has recently partnered up with a new software company. So that tells me, they plan to make a few in the future.
So what does that tell us? Its work in progress....I have seen the previous videos that got yanked off Yourtube, and several other sites at first shot by LA. Now LA is allowing this out? Dont put any stake in when it comes out, just know LA is working on stuff.
Ive talked with a old buddie of mine, from another PC magazine, and hes heard the same rumors, and went further......LA is making a game, two to be exact.
PC games, will be the last to come by since the console games out sale the pc ones.....
Folks dont put any faith in when, or what this game will entale, just know they are plotting something..Lucas Arts just doesnt go out and team up with a new company for no reason......if the trailer shows anything it shows the next game, will make the current ones we play a serious joke.

You've words that news post horribly then ...it implies IT is coming for the PS3 ...you pretty much just sold a PS3 to that other guy

what does the PS3 part mean?
It's just the place they dumped the video. Doesn't mean its PS3 only. I'd imagine they are developing on the PS3 first, because it is so difficult to program for, but then ports will be made to 360 and PC that will be just as good.
All "work in progress" is, is code for "we don't want to tell you a release date so we don't rush it and screw up like with KOTOR, EAW and RC". Kind of like how KOTOR3 isn't in development but really is in development.
It's pretty widely believed that Force Unleashed, while only a working title and a trailer, will feature in a game or games released during the next year. We won't see the exact scene in the trailer, as it's designed purely to show off the Force Powers, but the graphics and physics engines will probably be the building blocks of their next generation title(s).
There's a Darth Vader game in the works, convieniently named the "Darth Vader Game", which is what most people believe this is the basis of. There's also a bunch of concept art featuring grubby looking Jedi and tons of Dark Jedi of all sorts, so it might also be a Dark Times tie-in (i.e. between ROTS and ANH) or possibly a futuristic set-up in the Legacy era.
I'm expecting Darth Vader Game or Dark Times tie-in personally, for mass marketing purposes they'll probably try and tie it in with the TV series or something.
