Hello all,

I am in need of hiring two (2) new people to fill now-empty spots on the Alacrity staff. These are heavy-duty writing positions; you will be developing leadership manuals for the entire DB. As such, you will need experience as a leader to do this and great writing skills. You will also need some free time -- these things aren't easy. The first draft normally runs about 4 pages, and then once I look at it the size will double or triple. I'm quite picky with my editing of these, so be prepared to work.

But, on the flip side, I have the ability to reward well and people that work well as my assistants gain strong backing in other areas.
