Following Quejo's resignation, I'm going to open the position of Arcona Proconsul to the entire DB. If you think you've got what it takes, drop me a line (and an application) at StrategosEntar[at]gmail[dot]com and try to explain why the hell I should hire you. :P

To make it a little easier, I'm looking for the following things in a Proconsul:

• Experience as a leader is a must, for obvious reasons.

• A high IRC presence is preferable.

• This may sound redundant, but I need someone who's able to work well with me. CON and PCON should be a team instead of just a boss and someone he's ordering around. If you secretly can't stand me, that's going to be rather hard. :P

• Naturally, a quick e-mail turnaround time.

• And as usual with processes like these, please put any idea you might have about the position, or how to benefit Arcona as a whole, in the application.

If you're still interested after all this, the only other thing you need to know is that I'll be accepting applications until Friday the 17th, 23:59 EST. I hope to have a Proconsul by Sunday.
