I had intended on announcing my new Praetor with the release of my next report, but the curiosity of several people won me over. Over 15 people submitted applications for the position of P:DGM and the selection process was a difficult one. In the end, I selected Donitz because of his ideas on the upcoming GJW, his honesty when responding to my questions, and his ability to see holes in upcoming projects.

Donitz's primary duties will be helping me with the upcoming GJW and Fleet Restructure. He will serve as the guy I bitch and moan to. Congrats Donitz!
