New Guard Captain Appointed

Braecen, Psyko, and I unanimously agreed that DJK Malidir d'Tana was the best candidate for Guard Captain... so congratulations to him.

Malidir was certainly not the most experienced applicant, nor was his application the most impressive, but I believe his intentions were the sincerest, and that he will make a genuine effort to help improve the GMRG. Also I didnt want another loser from CSP as Guard Captain. Plus Malidir is from Arcona so nepotism played a big part in his selection as Guard Captain as well :P
