Sarin and I are now accepting applications for the position of Justicar.

If you feel that this is a position that you can hold, by all means apply. I do not want typical applications though: I surely can figure out what you have done in the DB on my own. What I want in your application is an evaluation of the Dark Brotherhood's judicial system. In particular, please tell us your opinion on:

• The Covenant and any areas that you believe are unclear or lacking
  
• IRC rules and discipline - do we go too far, not far enough? What would you change
  
• The last two Justicars
  
• Communication from the CoJ
  
• The ability to use Private Messages and other logs in DB proceedings
  
• What an ideal Justicar activity level is
  
• General policies in the DB, their availability and clarity
  
• Use of the Hands of Justice
  
• DB discipline vs clan discipline (IE do you support "in-house" discipline?)
  
• How you would govern
