Ky Terrak just brought up to Jac and I an interesting point: Star Wars Celebration IV is coming up this May. If you have never been to a celebration event, this is a great time to go. Jac and Telona went to Celebration III and had a great time. You can see some of their pictures here.
This year's event is open to the public May 25-28. Star Wars Celebration IV will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, 1201 South Figueroa, Los Angeles, CA. You can find all of the information you need at the main website: http://www.gencon.com/2007/swciv/info/general.aspx
As of this moment, we are not planning on having a club table. This could change if a significant number of our members express interest in going. If you are considering it, please post a comment here.

I was at Celebration III in Indianapolis and the experience was truly amazing, folks. Between seeing the stuff from the archives, the artwork, the merchandise - you can meet all kinds of Star Wars fans and actors!
If you have never been to anything like this, I suggest at least making time to do this once in your life!
Watch out for roaming hordes of Ewoks, though :p
A table will need at least 4 people for the entire length of the convention. I learned that from Celebration III. It really isn't fun if you have to sit behind a table and not get a chance to see any of the shows or do some shopping or look at exhibits. With at least 4 dedicated people, you can switch up and all can enjoy being geek. :)
