Dark Side Adept Telona Murrage has just completed one of the longest and most successful streaks as Editor and Tribune of the Dark Voice. Over the past year, Telona has shown elan and supreme dedication in crafting six issues of the Dark Brotherhood periodical. Her efforts paid off for the Dark Brotherhood as we had in her an editor who met deadline after deadline and delivered the Dark Voice on time. She is one of the few, if not the only, DV editor ever to accomplish this task. What makes her work even more impressive is the fact that she had to work with a rotating list of staff, Consuls, Dark Council Members, and Grand Masters, yet she was able to finish her job on time every time.

I am proud to award Telona her second Sapphire Blade, an accomplishment only six others in the History of the Dark Brotherhood have reached.
